HAISLOP, Stuart Ray, 80, of Charles City, passed away on November 24, 2016. He retired as a conductor for the CSX Railroad. His love of the Chesapeake Bay was known by all. Ray was preceded in death by his mother, Florence; stepdad, Floyd; and beloved brother, Bubbie. He is survived by his wife, Betty; son, Ricky; stepsons, Wray Austin (Beth) and Len Austin; grandchildren, Ricky, Chris, Bryan Haislop; stepgrandchildren, Kaylee (Jacob) Moore, Andie (Hunter) Scarpa, Granton Austin and Gamble Austin; his loving great-grandchildren; sister, Joyce Waddell; and brothers, Bernard (Becky) Woody and Milton Woody (Esra)....
